Frequently asked questions

  • You can book an appointment through our website. We can’t wait to see you!

    We suggest booking at least four weeks ahead to snag your preferred time slot!

    We also allow booking up to three months in advance.

  • we have visitor parking at the back of our storefront.

  • We understand that sometimes, things just happen. Please contact us and let us know right away.

    If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you, However - we may have to reschedule your appointment and charge a no-show/late cancellation fee (50% of the services booked).

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking free of charge.

    No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours to your appointment will be charged 50% of the services you are booked in for.

    We are a small, independent business and this protects us from the cost of no-shows.
